I’m the owner and acting practitioner of the Donnybrook Natural Health Clinic. I was born and raced in beautiful Switzerland. My family moved to Australia over 25 years ago. In those years I have travelled the world and ended up back in Switzerland where I worked in Hotel Management in one of Switzerland finest Hotel in Zurich for nearly 10 years. One  philosophies of the hotel was: – Always exceed your client’s expectation- Which I live by to this day. 

Over the years I have completed many qualifications, from Hospitality, Business Management, Economics, Financial Services, Photography, Interpreting (speaking 4 languages), it all seemed exciting at the time but that’s not where my true passion layed.
10 years ago I moved back to Donnybrook, where I started my own family. I now live with my partner and 3 children on a farm property just outside of Donnybrook.

With the birth of my last child, I had found my passion. My youngest child developed multiple allergies and Intolerances after she was born. She seemed to be reactive to everything and yes, even my breast milk. How could this be?? Cut long story short; after first going down the medical route, trying everything possible, nothing made my very unsettled girl better. I still remember the day when my pediatrician told me on the phone that there is nothing else she can do. I was devastated at the time but I was determined to help my daughter, who was failing to thrive.
And that’s when my journey with Natural Medicine started. I researched for months (mum’s are the best researcher), until I found a way to help my baby girl with Natural Medicine. From the day when my daughter was able to eat the reactive foods again, I knew I needed to help other mums that go through the same.
When my youngest child was 9months old, I signed up to study Naturopathy, Nutritional Medicine and Herbal Medicine. 
I’ve studied for five years and it’s been the most challenging thing I’ve ever done. I had so many reasons to give up, but my passion and the help of family and friends got me there in the end. I had the privilege to work alongside many amazing practitioners in the South West and one of Australian’s Top leading Naturopath in Queensland. 

My vision is to help you and your family achieve optimum levels of health through natural medical methods of treatment. 
At the Clinic, I look to promote health awareness in the community with a special focus on allergies, skin issues, hormonal health, PMS, PCOS, fertility support, fatigue, stress, thyroid issues, and digestive complaints. You will learn how to understand your body and look after it so as to maintain the levels of healthiness you will achieve with my guidance.

My focus is on facilitating your recovery, restoring function and empowering you to maintain optimum health, thus enhancing your enjoyment and quality of life. Improve your health…improve your life, so ultimately every client will be given the power of knowledge on how to age gracefully without unnecessary limitation and suffering.

I created Donnybrook Natural Health Clinic to reflect my ongoing passion for the scientifically supported application of natural medicine and non-invasive screening health assessments.

I find it enriching to help others through the use of naturopathy, clinical nutrients, herbal medicine and non-invasive treatments. I am used to working in support of other medical treatments as my clinic receives doctor’s referrals, for specific nutritional care and naturopathic advice relating to digestive complaints, diabetes, allergies, pregnancy care, infertility, mental health care support as well as weight loss programs.

I am a fully accredited member of  ATMS (Australian Traditional Medicine Society) and I am registered with most health-funds to include Medibank Private & HBF. My clinic offers a professional and personal environment, making sure your personal values are upheld at all times.

I  constantly upgrade my qualifications to stay abreast of new developments in naturopathic care and regularly attends seminars and medical conventions. This ongoing learning allows me to provide you with the most up to date level of care and personal service possible.
